I am currently facing disconnection of my electric... my husband and I both had our hours cut back and racked up quite a high electric bill (2,000 dollars) We agreed to a payment arrangement with Dominion and have been paying it on time for the last 6 months... weve got our bill down to 800 dollars and have a payment due on Aug 25th for 485 dollars... we just made a 420 payment july 28th and just cannot come up with the 485 for this months payment... if we break our payment arrangement by NOT payin the 485 on the 25th, then we owe the full 800 to avoid shut off... we have 2 small children at home, and no friends or family to help... :( We have tried social services and energy share programs and they do not have funding... what do we do?!?!
